We are working with a client who is need (4) Business Analysts with Financial Services Industry experience.

Project Length: 8-12+ months

Location: Hybrid - Local to Charlotte, NC

Job Description

• Assist in driving Corporate & Investment lines of business to complete complex system enhancements as well as document the associated processes and controls.  
• Document desk requirements, data scoping/requirements/sourcing analysis (in conjunction with Technology), and define & execute user testing in Fixed Income Analytics Database.
• Document of current state business processes & controls
• gather requirements while documenting design of future state
• support the implementation of future state changes. 
• Provide focus in financial areas include pricing/risk routines, risk models inputs/outputs for desk and downstream usage (e.g., Risk, Finance/IPV, etc.), and the associated process and data quality controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required preferably in business management, Finance / Accounting, Data Science, or relevant degree to the responsibilities outlined previously
• 2-10 years’ experience working within the Financial Services Industry
• Business execution and/or product management experience within capital markets and/or trading environment
• Excellent communication skills to communicate effectively with all project stakeholders
• Excellent interpersonal and consulting skills to work objectively with customers and IT teams
• Ability to manage multiple projects
• Ability to stay abreast of industry trends
