Location: NYC (100% On-site in SoHo)

Compensation: $140,000 - $210,000 (Base Salary) + Competitive Equity

We are building the autonomous future of industrial staffing by developing fully autonomous, orchestrated multi-agent AI workflows to connect businesses with vetted workers. Backed by top-tier investors like Founders Fund and Khosla Ventures, our mission is to redefine labor management and drive the global supply chain to peak efficiency. We're seeking experienced and entrepreneurial Software Engineers to build our core suite of products across mobile and web.

You will join a dynamic team to build the foundational technology platform for both our workers and business customers. This role involves significant ownership, from product iteration to architectural design, in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will:

• Product Development: Lead the development of our core mobile apps (React Native) for workers and our web platforms (React) for business customers and our internal Ops team.
• Architecture & Roadmap: Partner directly with the CTO to own product decisions, iterate on the product roadmap, and architect and build our foundational tech platform.
• Best Practices: Establish best practices in code reusability and build processes, particularly for our frontend monorepo, client-side state management, and responsive design.
• AI Integration: Contribute to systems utilizing Machine Learning, AI, Computer Vision, Predictive Algorithms, and Location Monitoring to increase supply chain productivity.
• Monitoring & Analytics: Build analytics and monitoring tools to help understand user experience and application health.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product and design teams to build a best-in-class user experience, contributing in many ways to a scrappy founding team.

Requirements

• Experience: 2-5 years of SWE experience for mid-level candidates or 5+ YOE for Senior SWE candidates.
• Core Stack: Proficiency in Typescript/Javascript, with hands-on experience in React and/or React Native for mobile/web application development.
• Backend Fluency: Familiarity with or proficiency in Python for backend development.
• Full-Stack Competence: Ability to work across the stack, understanding APIs, frontend tooling, and responsive design principles.
• Entrepreneurial Mindset: An inspired and entrepreneurial engineer who thrives on owning product decisions and moving quickly.
• Work Ethic: Embraces an Olympian's Work Ethic, prepared to work harder, longer, and smarter to build a category-defining product.
