The Role

The Director Real Estate Transformation is a key role in designing and delivering the strategic building blocks of transformational change and managing a portfolio of strategic projects for the group. This position demands a dynamic leader capable of navigating complex business landscapes, aligning real estate strategy with company capabilities, and driving sustainable change. 

 

Main Responsibilities 

  • Lead Real Estate transformation setting in response to company capabilities, analyzing business needs and the competitive market. 

  • Develop and maintain a robust system for tracking progress and insights on Real Estate Transformation projects and strategic priorities. 

  • Updates senior management, offering a transparent view of project advancements, potential challenges, and strategic outcomes. 

  • Prioritize Real Estate strategic initiatives to optimize investment between various country and customer opportunities.  

  • Conduct rigorous assessments to ensure resource allocation aligns with overarching business objectives. Drive execution through a Project Management Office (PMO), insights and progress tracking, ensuring alignment with organization priorities -  

  • Take ownership of internal organizational messaging, communicating progress, milestones, and challenges effectively to maintain transparency. 

  • Source, seed and accelerate transformation opportunities, working closely with markets to deliver and embed innovation. 

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure that the Real Estate strategy aligns seamlessly with broader organizational goals. 

  • Drive Real Estate execution by ensuring coordination and seamless collaboration between countries and functions through PMO e.g., reporting, meetings, governance rhythm, cost management, etc. 

  • Maintain a proactive approach to risk management to safeguard the successful delivery of strategic objectives. 

  • Proactively address organizational challenges related to change by implementing change management best practices and drive transformation initiatives.

Who You Are

  • Have 10 years+ professional experience with leadership skills and a strong execution and drive global initiatives to completion; This includes a comprehensive understanding of orchestrating cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives. 

  • Relevant experience in transformation, strategy, Employee Experience, reporting & analytics, showcasing a multifaceted skill set. 

  • Exhibit an entrepreneurial mindset, characterized by curiosity, and a proactive approach to problem-solving capable of identifying opportunities for innovations and a capacity to think holistically and strategically. 

  • Capacity to build trusted and credible relationships with multiple stakeholders and key decision-makers. The candidate should have a track record of fostering collaboration, engendering trust, and navigating complex networks to ensure alignment with strategic objectives. 

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a demonstrated ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and compelling manner. The candidate should be adept at crafting and delivering messages that resonate with diverse audiences, including senior executives, team members, and external partners.

 

If you are hired, the anticipated compensation range for the position $134,530 - $322,880 is based on a full-time schedule. Your ultimate compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills, and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. If this is a sales role, you may be eligible for additional incentive compensation opportunities. For non-sales roles, you may be eligible for Kyndryl’s Growth Driven Profit-Sharing plan
