As a Business Analyst @ Keep you will…

1. Requirements Gathering and Analysis:

   • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives.

   • Elicit, document, and analyze requirements to ensure clarity and alignment with our goals.

2. Process Mapping and Optimization:

   • Identify and document existing business processes.

   • Work on optimizing and streamlining processes to improve efficiency.

3. Data Analysis and Reporting:

   • Analyze financial data to derive valuable insights.

   • Create reports and dashboards to monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).

4. Market Research and Competitive Analysis:

   • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.

   • Conduct competitive analysis to provide insights for strategic decision-making.

5. User Experience (UX) Design and Testing:

   • Collaborate with UX designers to create wireframes and prototypes.

   • Participate in user testing to gather feedback for continuous product improvement.

6. Regulatory Compliance:

   • Ensure that our solutions adhere to relevant financial regulations (e.g., KYC, AML).

   • Stay informed about changes in regulatory requirements and implement necessary adjustments.

7. Stakeholder Communication:

   • Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

   • Ensure clear and effective communication of project goals, progress, and potential issues.

Who you are?

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the Fintech industry.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with complex financial data.

• Proficiency in SQL for data retrieval and analysis.

• Familiarity with DBT (Data Build Tool) for data transformation and modeling.

• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Proficiency in data analysis tools and project management software.

• Adaptability and willingness to embrace change in a dynamic startup environment.
