ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Cyber Security Analyst to join our team in Virginia Beach, VA.  This is a full time, onsite position.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Lead technical planning and systems engineering efforts to ensure secure, compliant cyber posture aligned with DoD Information Assurance standards

• Develop, review, and maintain comprehensive Risk Management Framework (RMF) accreditation packages, including system categorization and security control implementation

• Create RMF artifacts in eMASS such as Security Plans, Information Security Continuous Monitoring (ISCM) Strategies, and network documentation to support system authorization

• Provide expert guidance on security strategies, risk assessments, and policy adherence to mitigate vulnerabilities and support accreditation

• Interpret and apply information assurance policies, using testing and analysis to drive risk management and policy development

• Lead planning and execution of system and software security testing, define test strategies, manage test resources and deliverables, and ensure testing integrity across development and integration projects

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Assurance, Information Systems, or other related Scientific or Technical discipline is preferred

• 4+ years of relevant experience

• Must hold a DoD 8570 certification, e.g., CAP, CASP+ CE, CISM, CISSP (or CISSP Associate) , GSLC, CCISO, Security+ CE

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with developing, review and maintaining RMF documentation

Security Clearance:

• Must be US Citizen and Active Secret Security Clearance

Physical Requirements:

• The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 70% of the time.
