We are seeking a Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Cincinnati, OH. Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone in a timely and professional manner

• Resolve complaints, issues, and product-related questions with empathy and accuracy

• Maintain customer records by updating account information and order statuses

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth order processing

• Track recurring issues and contribute to improving our support processes

• Assist with processing returns, exchanges, and shipping adjustments as needed

• Monitor customer feedback and help generate reports for internal improvement

Qualifications

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred

• 1+ year of experience in a customer service or support role

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and customer support tools (CRM systems a plus)
