Join the team that provides data support and reporting for one of the world’s most innovative banks. You can hone your technical and programing skills, with the Communication Strategy and Insight team within Fraud and Customer Protection Services you will lead data discovery, provide subject matter expertise and solutions to stakeholders to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

As a Senior Quantitative Analytics Associate in Communication Strategy & Insight (CSI), you will be focused on health check reporting, providing data support, optimization of reporting and validation for Communication Strategy & Insight initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

  • Execute health check reporting and optimization of reporting
  • Provide data support for Communication Strategy & Insight (CSI) and strategic business initiatives
  • Develop ad-hoc reporting based on business needs
  • Review reporting to ensure integrity and health of business processes
  • Create and maintain standard Communication Strategy & Insight (CSI) data definitions and documentation
  • Perform data research, validation and testing
  • Identify and lead improvements for processes, controls and customers

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree from an accredited college / university in a technical or quantitative field with concentration in Information Management 
  • 3 years experience, knowledge and proficiency with software packages / platforms (Structured Query Language (SQL), Statistical Analysis System (SAS), UNIX, Teradata, Oracle, Excel)
  • Proven track record of transforming large amounts of data into meaningful business views and identifying data improvement opportunities
  • Strong development discipline and adherence to best practices and standards
  • Strong technical skills with the ability to understand the business and requirements
  • Communicate complex issues in a crisp and concise manner to stakeholders and multiple levels of management
  • Excel in a high-pressure, deadline oriented environment with a sense of urgency focused on results and clients

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Understanding of the Fraud and Customer Protection Services (FCPS) operational processes, data and technology platforms and problem solving
  • Self-motivated, organized and possess a high level of integrity and attention to detail
  • Work and solve problems independently and as a team

This role does not offer visa sponsorship.

This is a Hybrid position which will require the incumbent to commute/work on site 3 days a week and work from home 2 days a week.
