Customer Journey Expert – Financial Health and Reporting

The opportunity

Financial Health is an important contributor to this strategy and of course key for our customers.

The Customer Insights & Connectivity (CI&C) team within tribe Payments is responsible for Financial Health together with the colleagues of the digital channels. The CI&C team consists of 5 CJEs that work on Reporting, Financial Health and Open banking.

This specific vacancy is focusing on Reporting and Financial Health.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the product management of our financial health solutions.
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog using data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance payment and transaction reporting features.
  • Engage with customers, architects and engineers and use data to identify and solve key opportunities and challenges.
  • Drive the development of customer-centric features that promote financial health.
  • Ensure the product is reliable and risks are managed

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager and Product Owner.
  • Strong background in data-driven backlog management.
  • In-depth knowledge of payments and transaction reporting is usefull. 
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Passion for building features that contribute to our financial health roadmap
  • Excellent listening skills and the ability to translate customer and engineer feedback into actionable solutions.
  • Knowledge and experience around tech/IT delivery
