Global Infrastructure Network & Telecom Manager

Job Summary

Job Purpose:

• Analyze, develop, and recommend Network and Telecoms Strategy and Roadmap

• Plan and lead a team that executes Network & Telecoms activities

• Supervise the day-to-day operational care for all aspects of the technology infrastructure: routers, switches, firewalls, wifi, telephony, etc..

• Manage department budget

• Gatekeeper to approve changes to the production infrastructure environment

• Ensure various projects are progressed and completed in a timely manner

Your Responsibilities:

Team Management

• Leads, manages and coordinates a team of Network engineers and architects (on-premise, Hosted and Cloud)

• Defines the skills and talents for Network engineers and architects team members

• Develops, motivates, and directs team members to create a team environment.

• Provides leadership, technology guidance and mentors others throughout their respective technical domain.

• Responsible for the overall training and development for Network engineers and architects team members

• May function as a project leader for assigned projects.

Service Delivery

• Monitors on a regular basis all agreed service delivery and Infrastructure metrics to ensure that agreed service delivery KPIs are being met.

• Reviews and certifies support documents provided by Infrastructure Architecture teams conform for team

• Recommends and develops solutions for improvement of operational procedures.
