You closely monitor KPIs and ensure clear communication between the supervisor and the team. Your daily tasks include tracking performance indicators, handling recaps, and preparing weekly and monthly reports. This dynamic role requires flexibility in responding to unexpected situations. You achieve this by:</span><br/><span><span>•    conducting monthly invoice checks together with your supervisor;<br/></span><span> •    leading OBRs and MBRs when the supervisor is absent;</span></span><br/><span>•    acting as the key link between the customer service supervisor and your team of 15 colleagues;</span><br/><span>•    continuously working on process improvements to enhance efficiency.</span></p> <p><span>Your team stands out within DSV due to its international character.
