Responsibilities

Senior Manager, Operations FP&A is a new member of a growing finance team leading budgeting and planning of all our manufacturing costs. Reporting to the Director, Finance Operations, you will be primarily responsible for forecasting our product costs of our Linear Generator and reporting to senior leaders our results. There will be partnership with various functions within operations as well as those at the contract manufacturers.

• Lead our financial annual operating plan and interim refreshes for the Operations group, partnering with senior leaders in Manufacturing & Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality teams.

• Create and maintain a model of BOM cost and factory spending, providing a regular update on forecast that is understood with operations and the manufacturing plant.

• Monitor key metrics to ensure company objectives are being met

• Liaison with cost accounting to ensure policies are up to date and forecasts are reflected acco
