Position Summary
The Marketing Analyst will be responsible for interpreting and presenting data to guide marketing strategies. This role involves analyzing market trends, forecasting sales, conducting research on consumer behavior, and developing marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, a knack for trend forecasting, and a deep understanding of consumer behavior.What will your job entail?
Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform marketing strategies.
Assist in the management and administration of CRM systems and other marketing tools; troubleshoot technical issues and functionality; ensure proper data synchronization within and between platforms
Create and manage marketing calendars, ensuring timely and synchronized tactical campaign execution
Conduct competitive analysis to identify strengths and weaknesses in the company’s current marketing initiatives.
Develop and manage customer segmentation models to target specific markets effectively.
Forecast sales trends and marketing outcomes using statistical models.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date marketing databases through proactively and regularly reviewing, cleaning, and normalizing data/records
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective campaigns and promotional materials.
Present findings to the marketing team and senior management using clear and engaging visualization methods.
Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance to identify areas for improvement.
Conduct A/B testing to determine the effectiveness of different marketing strategies.
Prepare detailed reports on marketing metrics, sales statistics, and campaign outcomes.
Stay updated on industry trends and changes in the market that could affect marketing strategies.
Provide tactical support to senior marketing leaders

The target salary range for this position is - annually.The wage range for this role considers many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, licensure and certification, business needs, and market demands. The pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Full-time roles are eligible for bonuses and benefits.
