Work You’ll Do

As a Project - Senior Consultant, Technical Transformation on the GPS Core Development team, you will be responsible for:

• Leading end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow capabilities aligned with the Capability Needs Statement and Product Roadmap
• Translating mission and stakeholder requirements into secure, scalable technical solutions, configurations, and integration approaches
• Overseeing development, testing, configuration, integration, operations, and maintenance activities across the platform delivery lifecycle
• Coordinating delivery priorities, dependencies, and release activities across technical and functional stakeholders
• Supporting compliance with Risk Management Framework / Authority to Operate processes through delivery governance, documentation, and operational alignment

Qualifications

Required: 

• Bachelor’s degree 
• 2+ years experience leading technical delivery teams for enterprise technology or platform implementations
• 3+ years experience with ServiceNow development, configuration, or administration
• 3+ years experience translating business or mission requirements into technical requirements, backlog items, or solution designs
• 3+ years experience supporting system testing, integration, release, operations, and maintenance activities
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future 
• Active Top Secret security clearance required
• Ability to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred: 

• Experience supporting federal clients
• Experience with Risk Management Framework or Authority to Operate processes
• Experience supporting product roadmap execution
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum delivery environments
• ServiceNow certifications
