About the role

We are looking for a Senior IT Analyst to support the development of modern, enterprise-grade solutions for corporate banking. The role focuses on analysing business requirements, designing system and integration solutions, and ensuring secure, high-performance delivery in a microservices-based environment. The work is carried out in Agile/SCRUM teams and supports both digital and traditional corporate banking channels. Responsibilities

Analyse business and functional requirements for corporate banking processes
Design functional and system solutions, including processes, mock-ups, and business rules
Participate in technical design with a strong focus on integrations (SOA, REST, Web Services)
Ensure security, performance, and compliance standards in enterprise banking environments
Collaborate closely with developers, testers, and business stakeholders in Agile/SCRUM teams
Support testing, deployment, and continuous development of in-house systems
Contribute to alignment between business needs and technical implementation

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience as a System Analyst or Product Owner in IT projects
Experience in financial services or electronic banking projects
Strong skills in functional analysis and requirements gathering
Knowledge of SOA, REST, and integration testing tools (SOAP UI, Postman)
Experience with microservices architectures and documenting REST APIs (Swagger / YAML)
Strong knowledge of UML and BPMN with practical use of CASE tools (Enterprise Architect preferred)
Good SQL skills and experience in IT system modelling
Ability to coordinate across dependent teams and manage tasks effectively
Very good English communication skills Nice to have
Experience with user story mapping or event storming
Knowledge of distributed architectures and modern design patterns
Familiarity with UX/UI concepts
Project management certifications with practical application
