Overview 

Support the Facilities team in planning and executing construction and renovation projects. Gain hands-on experience in construction project management while working with cross‑functional teams in a global, high‑tech environment. 

Responsibilities 

  • Assist with construction projects from planning through close‑out under senior PM guidance 
  • Support scope development, cost estimates, schedules, and RFP documentation 
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Facilities, IT, Security) and external vendors 
  • Participate in site walks, contractor meetings, and inspections 
  • Track budgets, schedules, risks, and project documentation 
  • Help prepare status reports, punch lists, and close‑out materials 

Qualifications 

  • Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Construction Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field 
  • Strong interest in construction project management 
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint 
  • Organized, detail‑oriented, and eager to learn 

Preferred 

  • Exposure to MS Project, Procore, Smartsheet, or AutoCAD 
  • Interest in industrial or high‑tech facilities
