Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Application Lead with strong expertise in SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) within the Retail domain . The ideal candidate will bring a blend of functional and technical skills , along with proven leadership experience to manage offshore teams and drive application support and enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Application Maintenance Support (AMS) and resolve critical production issues in a timely manner
- Lead and coordinate with offshore teams , ensuring smooth delivery and support
- Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for SAP SD-related activities
- Work on Retail business processes including promotions, store operations, and store sales
- Support and enhance SAP Fiori applications related to Retail/Store Operations
- Handle interfaces, batch jobs , and integration processes within SAP landscape
- Perform basic debugging and technical analysis to tro
