Rehab Support Supervisor - Rehab Services - 1.0 FTE (40 hours a week)

In collaboration with the Rehab Services Director, the Rehab Support Staff Supervisor serves as liaison between Rehab Services and assigned departments, across multiple locations.  Supervises day-to-day support operations services including but not limited to staffing, scheduling, registration, billing, rehab medical record management, referral management, concerns, quality and flow, performance management including conducting performance appraisals, coaching, compliance, productivity, et al.   Acts as the Super User for the Registration, Scheduling, and Insurance Verification systems.  Interacts with all levels of the organization to help assure accurate and timely processing of billing and application system functions, participating with integrated multidisciplinary teams. 

Education Required: Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Related Years of Experience Required: At least 2 years’ health care experience; previous supervisory experience preferred. Able to work on multiple complex tasks simultaneously, develop/executive action plans to address specific issues.

Credential/Licensure Required: Possess or be eligible for a valid Wisconsin driver’s license and automobile insurance; CPR certified (provided by organization).

Shift: Working 40 hours a week, Monday – Friday.
