Starting Pay: $19/hr

Schedule: Monday–Friday

Shifts: 8:00–4:30 • 10:00–6:30 • 11:30–8:00

About the Role

ReactDx is growing and hiring a Patient Conversion Specialist in Melbourne. This position is perfect for candidates with inside sales experience who enjoy helping patients and working in a fast paced, call driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to patients referred for home sleep testing
• Educate patients on the test, how it works, and why it matters
• Provide excellent customer service and answer questions
• Convert referrals into scheduled home sleep tests
• Collect any required upfront payments
• Maintain accurate notes and updates in CRM software
• Collaborate with team members and attend sales trainings

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Inside sales and/or customer service experience required
• Experience selling service based products is a plus
• Strong communication, persuasion, and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and hit performance goals
• Comfortable speaking with patients and navigating medical style conversations

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Inside sales or call center sales experience required
• Strong customer service background
• Comfortable talking with patients and educating them
• Ability to work independently and meet daily/weekly goals
• Clear communicator with strong follow up skills
