The Boeing CompanyBoeing Global Services (BGS) is currently looking for a Senior Program Management Specialist to join our team in Hazelwood, MO. This position will focus on leading F-15 Korea Boeing Global Services scope for multiple Modification and Upgrade Programs. These programs are either under contract today or future work and span both Foreign Military Sale (FMS) and Direct Commercial Sale (DCS).
A successful candidate will understand the importance of collaboration as this position includes direct work with Boeing Defense (BDS) as well as the United States Air Force (USAF) and Republic of Korea Air Force (ROKAF).
Position Responsibilities:
- Manages, develops, and motivates a team to ensure full stakeholder commitments are met on schedule and on budget
- Understanding of Performance Based Logistics contracts
- Develops and maintains strategic partnerships with customers, stakeholders, suppliers and peers
- Exercises critical thinking and innovative problem solving
- Ensures compliance to contract deliverables
- Performs analysis of cost and schedule performance and drives decisions for improvement
- Acts as the initial point of escalation for issues or challenges encountered by the team. Capable of effectively triaging and de-escalating issues with impacted parties
- Utilizes Program Management Best Practices (PMBP) throughout
- Organizes and leads large scale proposal activities with functional partners
- Demonstrates the Boeing Behaviors in a deliberate and observable way
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 5+ years of combined experience in Project / Program Management
- 3+ years of applied experience in a leadership role, directly leading a project, product, program and/or team
- 2+ years of applied experience working with and/or within a phase gate process for product development
- 2+ years of direct work experience supporting execution of Aircraft Modification and Upgrades programs
- Experience using or applying metrics to measure performance against projects to ensure high quality delivery
- Experience with execution of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and Direct Commercial Sales (DCS) support contracts
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Defense/Aerospace industry knowledge and experience
- Experience with military platforms and military customer (US and/or Foreign)
- Knowledge of military Performance Based Logistic (PBL) contract execution and requirements

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $157,250 - $212,750
