Job Summary:
The Agile Release Train Manager (ARTM) will be responsible for leading and managing the Agile Release Train (ART) by facilitating Program Increment (PI) Planning events, managing the flow of value through the ART, and ensuring alignment with the SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) principles. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience as a Scrum Alliance Scrum Master and/or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) and a deep understanding of agile methodologies and practices. This position has potential for remote flexibility and requires an active Secret clearance.

Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Program Increment (PI) Planning events, ensuring alignment and collaboration across all teams within the ART.
- Manage and optimize the flow of value through the ART using tools such as Kanban and other information radiators.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by facilitating Inspect and Adapt workshops and identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with Product Management, System Architects, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Coordinate and communicate with other ARTs and Agile teams to manage dependencies and risks.
- Support the Agile teams in achieving their delivery goals by providing guidance, removing impediments, and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Coach and mentor Scrum Masters and other team members in agile practices and principles.
- Ensure adherence to SAFe principles and practices across the ART.
- Monitor and report on key metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Facilitate the effective execution of program-level processes and execution.
