Join the MercyOne Family! We are looking to hire a Registered Nurse for our Emergency Rooms in Davenport and Bettendorf, Iowa!

Title: Registered Nurse - ER

Schedule:

• 3, 12 hr shifts on nights
• 1900-0730
• Self scheduling & every 2nd or 3rd weekend
• Rotating holidays

As an RN at MercyOne, you will:

•  Provides and directs safe, effective, and culturally-competent patient care for all age groups requiring stabilization, and/or resuscitation
• Key accountabilities include assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care using critical thinking and evidenced-based practice
• Triage and prioritizing care needs
• Crisis intervention for unique patient populations (e.g., sexual assault survivors) and emergency operations preparedness
• Adherence to the Professional Practice Standards as defined by ANA
• Active participation in quality monitoring and performance improvement activities

General Requirements: 

• Special Training: ACLS; Basic Life Support; PALS
• Training Preferred: Baccalaureate in Nursing, TNCC
• Licensure/Registration: Registered Nurse in Iowa; Registered Nurse in Illinois within 1 year.
• Experience: No experience required.

• Associate's Degree
