Registered Nurse Case Manager

Our Tender Care Hospice team is looking to bring add an experienced RN Case Manager to the team! Help us provide excellent care to those in need of end of live services. Be there to bring compassion and care to patients and families in vital times.

The Position

• Currently, we are looking for a Registered Nurse Case Manager who would like to combine their love for people and excellent clinical and leadership skills with the opportunity to advance your career.
• Must have active RN license and CPR certification.
• Must maintain a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
