Job Summary
The Quality Technician is responsible for managing and enforcing Quality Program procedures and company established policies regarding the powder process and storage, of all goods manufactured at the 948 GPN Aurora facility.

Description
% of Time Spent
• Perform in-process and packaging checks to ensure products meet specifications per the batch production records (BPR)
• Perform sensory evaluations on in-process and finished product.
• Perform Final Inspection for FG Distribution
• Data entry in Logs pertaining to Quality Metrics
• Perform SAP transactions for releases, holds, reworks and High Jump where applicable
• Perform cleaning verifications using ATP swabs and visual inspections to approve manufacturing rooms prior to production.
• Verify production and quality records are accurately completed in real-time during production.
• Report any process or SOP/GMP deviations to Quality Supervision or Management.
• Support Simple Root Cause Investigations, Validations, CAPA, Environmental Control Program ECA, Customer Complaints Investigations and Document Control
• Fully understand the receiving process flow for raw and packaging materials.
• Fully understand the Distribution Centers and Warehouses process in regards to Finished Goods inspections, SAP transactions and releases.
• Enter results into a computerized system, track and report results (GP/SAP/MS Office programs).
• Understand microbiological concepts, procedures, and knowledge of aseptic technique for Environmental Program ECA’s coordination.
• Perform and Sign-off on raw material and packaging samples and inspections.
• Perform and Sign-off on Finished Good Inspections and Releases and report to Quality Management for dispositions.
• Prepare and/or collect samples for laboratory testing for Raw Material receipts and FG investigations.
• Flexibility to perform other duties as assigned by Quality Management.
