POSITION
User-Generated Content (UGC) is transforming how apps connect with audiences. At Codeway, we’re embracing this shift with the Codeway Creator Academy, a freelance content creation program designed for students passionate about creativity and social media trends.
Our Creator Academy members produce engaging and high-performing UGC for Codeway’s apps, helping millions of users worldwide discover and connect with our products.Here’s how it works:· You’ll collaborate with Codeway’s marketing team to create content that shines on our apps’s Instagram and Tiktok pages.· You’ll receive briefs for some projects, while others will be your opportunity to explore creative freedom.· We don’t expect you to know all the tools or techniques upfront. Our onboarding resources and expert guidance will help you master the essentials, from video editing to tapping into trends. What we do expect is creativity, passion, and an eye for what works on social media.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING?
· Create 30-60 second video content promoting Codeway apps.· Develop fresh hooks, innovative use cases, and scroll-stopping ideas that resonate with a global audience.· Collaborate with the Codeway marketing team to ensure content aligns with campaign goals.· Stay on top of social media trends and competitor content to bring the best ideas to the table.· Work on 1-5 projects weekly, with feedback and guidance from the team to · improve creative performance.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING?
· A creative person who loves social media and stays up-to-date on Tiktok trends.· Passionate about video content and enjoys telling engaging stories.· Some editing experience? Great! No experience? Just be ready to learn tools like CapCut.· Self-motivated and open to feedback, with an eye for detail.
