Job Summary:
The Senior Manager, Trailblazer and Emerging National Distributor Program, is responsible for the successful execution of the Trailblazer and Emerging National Distributor Program. This role focuses on maximizing distributor success through strategic incentives, regional initiatives, and field enablement. The Senior Manager will coordinate sales promotions, oversee loyalty programs, collaborate with internal teams, and ensure administrative tasks are completed to support NAM distributor operations. This position serves as the primary liaison between distributors and internal teams, ensuring seamless execution of strategic initiatives. This role offers significant opportunities for strategic thinking, leadership development, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Execution: Implement and manage the 2025 Trailblazer and Emerging National Distributor Program.
- Develop and administer the Sales & Marketing Incentive Program (SMIP) to motivate and reward distributor performance.
- Organize and lead segmented summits, exclusive events, and virtual meetings as part of the Relationship Builders Program.
- Foster collaboration and strategic alignment with distributors through the Trailblazer Leadership Council (TLC).
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive mutual growth and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with program requirements and track performance metrics.
Distribution Processes/Policies: Drive overall distribution processes and developing policies to ensure efficient and compliant operations.
Internal Coordination: Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, training, and customer care teams to provide comprehensive support to Trailblazers and Emerging National distributors.
Distributor Conferences and Councils: Coordinate and manage distributor conferences and councils to foster engagement, share strategic initiatives, and address common issues.
Sales Promotion Coordination: Plan and coordinate sales promotions and activities, working closely with internal sales teams and distributors.
Administrative Support: Ensure administrative tasks, including special pricing and rebates, are completed to support of Trailblazers and Emerging National distributors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in sales, marketing, or program management, preferably within a distribution or industrial sales environment.
- Experience in a leadership or managerial role.
- Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Familiarity with industry standards, business operations, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in organizing and leading strategic programs and events.
- Knowledge of incentive programs, distributor management, and field enablement strategies.
Compensation: $140,000-160,000 plus incentive
