What are we looking for?
Manager, Business Strategy provides strategic support to the SVP, Head of Product & Strategy, and their leadership team optimizing business process focused on improving operational efficiencies, quality, service, and profitability. This role supports the key strategic projects that the Product & Strategy teams may be conducting. Further, this role is instrumental in engaging with and influencing executive and senior leaders across internal stakeholders, executing functions that span across the organization, and acts as a liaison for many matters of importance on behalf of the Product & Strategy leadership team.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, outstanding relationship building skills, the ability to convey information succinctly, strong organizational and time management skills, and the ability to multitask and operate under fixed deadlines.

Where you will have an impact
Serve as support to the SVP, Head of Product & Strategy across a range of tactical and strategic topics, while providing daily support and management of key strategic initiatives
Engage subject matter experts to collect and measure relevant data, identify KPI, and produce data-driven analysis for cross functional collaboration within Product & Strategy team and Versant Health organization
Build trusted relationships and collaborate across diverse and multi-functional teams to successfully drive business objectives
Manage special projects assigned by SVP, Head of Product & Strategy
Demonstrate strong influence, communication and writing skills. Build relationships at all levels of the organization, including the ability to resolve issues and seek consensus among diverse groups of stakeholders
Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion, especially decisions directly impacting the company

What’s necessary to do the job?
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination or experience and education
Five (5) to seven (7) years of related experience
Two (2) plus years of related experience supporting an organization, a Senior Leader or a program/product

As a component of job roles and responsibilities, Associates may have access to covered information, cardholder data or other confidential customer information which must be protected at all times. As a result, Associates must explicitly adhere to all data security guidelines established within the Company’s Privacy & Security Training Program.
