You are:
The Subcontract Management & Procurement Process Technology Associate Manager is responsible for performing purchase order processing activities, reporting purchase order match exceptions, metrics, and providing extensive customer service to internal customers.
The Work:
- Design and implement reporting and metrics for supplier assessments, purchasing and subcontracting data for new business requirements.
- Maintain AFS supplier assessment, subcontracting and procurement data by performing quality reviews on system records and managing master data in key systems.
- Maintain and generate subcontracting and procurement operational and government reporting.
- Review, support, and respond to business inquiries related to system transactions and/or report contents.
- Design, execute, and manage data patrols on supplier assessment, subcontracting and procurement processes.
- Plan and manage data cleanup initiatives.
- Plan and execute testing for enhancements and releases in supplier assessment, subcontracting & purchasing systems, and tools.
- Identify, plan, and implement continuous improvement opportunities and prepare business case development as process re-engineer.
- Develop documentation for processes and procedures.
- Identify and develop content for training and communications and deliver training for business users.
Here's What You Need:
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5 years of experience in contracting, procurement, finance, or accounting roles
- Advanced Excel Skills
Bonus Points if you have:
- Experience with Unison CLM, Deltek Costpoint, CER, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and/or Power BI
- Familiarity with US federal contracting
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
- Strong communication skills
- Strong detail orientation
- Strong MS Skills (Visio, PowerPoint, Word)
- Ability to participate and work in a team environment.
Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York, or Washington State as set forth below and information on benefits offered is here.
Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role:
- California: $91,900 - $174,500
- Colorado: $91,900 - $150,600
- New York: $85,100 - $174,500
- Washington State: $97,900 - $160,500
