Job Summary:

Global Enterprise Risk Management is seeking a skilled Senior Analyst of Business Operations to drive operational excellence across the organization. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, support planning & budget management, organize knowledge sharing activities, and monitor organizational deliverables. This role will report to the Director of Risk & Compliance Business Enablement, ensuring seamless coordination & execution of business priorities.

Job Description:

Essential Responsibilities:

• Independently plan and execute operational processes.
• Collaborate internally to optimize workflows and drive process improvements.
• Influence the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of business processes.
• Determine appropriate actions while considering alternative solutions.
• Provide oversight and support for planning and management of financial, budget, and headcount targets.
• Act as a liaison between business leadership, staff, and other key partners.
• Create, analyze, maintain, and report on performance measures and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualification:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with business intelligence tools

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting

• High level of attention to detail and accuracy in work products

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to adapt to new tools, systems, and changing business priorities

• Self-starter who can work both independently and as a team member
