The Talent Acquisition Specialist will join our team and lead recruitment efforts across global markets, specifically North America – please visit our website for details on our organization (jsheld.com). The ideal candidate will be a key member of the Global Talent Acquisition team, demonstrating strong teamwork, flexibility, and agility in their work approach. They should possess outstanding communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, be proficient with applicant tracking systems, and have the ability to develop effective recruiting and sourcing strategies to attract top talent. Job Responsibilities
- Recruit for positions across all practice areas and regions of the organization, with a particular focus on the North American market. Conduct full lifecycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers, while ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage multiple positions simultaneously, working both independently and collaboratively.
- Regularly communicate the status of all openings and recruiting efforts, delivering updates to internal teams and stakeholders. Demonstrate quality and quick results in your job portfolio.
- Strategically use social media and sourcing tools (e.g. LinkedIn, Indeed, and other traditional job boards) to create and maintain a healthy candidate pipeline.
- Vet candidates and learn what kinds of candidates will resonate for particular hiring managers.
- Develop a deep understanding of the local job markets and hiring practices in assigned regions, adapting strategies to ensure competitiveness and compliance with local regulations.
- Deliver outstanding and responsive customer service to our internal clients.
- Contribute to continuous recruiting process improvement efforts while getting results.
- Stay current with industry trends, market intelligence, and competitive landscape to inform successful recruitment strategies.
- Participate in ad-hoc special projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
- Experience as a global full cycle recruiter, ideally in a fast paced, growing environment.
- Proven track record in recruiting, with a proven ability to produce consistent recruiting results by delivering high quality candidates.
- Strong understanding of global recruitment trends and best practices.
- Deep knowledge and expertise in using advanced sourcing techniques such as LinkedIn and Indeed.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) and resume databases.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, communication and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently after learning curve.
- Strong pride in providing outstanding customer service.
- Sense of urgency and confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional services experience a plus.
- Familiarity with SmartRecruiters ATS also a plus.
