Job Summary

The Project Coordinator manages the planning, implementation, and coordination of projects and initiatives that improve operational efficiency and service delivery within the Global and Domestic Network services department.  This role will support the global and domestic leaders and network teams to ensure timely and effective execution of projects, regulatory compliance, and continuous quality improvement initiatives that will enhance the company’s network operations to attract and retain our providers.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support cross-functional projects within our behavioral health operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with PowerPoint, and Excel, MS Project and a strong ability to manage timelines, coordinate teams, and keep projects on track. You’ll play a key role in supporting initiatives across areas such as provider data, data management, provider services, and quality improvement; both global and domestic

Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of health and well-being professionals, setting strategic direction, performance goals, and growth plans. 

  • Manage the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects across teams 

  • Track project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines  

  • Coordinate and schedule project meetings, prepare agendas, take detailed minutes, and follow up on action items. 

  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, risk logs, and status updates. 

  • Work with internal teams and external partners to gather operations requirements, align expectations, and communicate progress. 

  • Develop and deliver professional presentations and reports using PowerPoint and Excel for internal and leadership review. 

  • Identify, track, and escalate project risks or issues that could impact timelines or outcomes.  

  • Basic analytics of data to identify trends and opportunities, dashboard maintenance 

  • Managing communications within the department (Word/PowerPoint) 

  • Various administrative tasks such as taking meeting minutes, setting agendas and scheduling, as required 

  • Additional duties as assigned 

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in related field
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience
  • Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Pro
  • Consistently meet or Exceed their current performance objectives in current role
  • Ability to work effectively and efficiently within a team environment
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Self-starter with ability to multi-task and work autonomously
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
