RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Software Expert & Strategic Voice: Serve as the subject matter expert for BD Alaris™ Infusion System ancillary software across core teams, downstream marketing, and regions. Lead efforts on software projects by translating customer and patient needs into actionable QMS deliverables. Take ownership of product enhancements, integrations, and lifecycle continuity for our on-market portfolio.

• Champion Quality & Product Excellence: Lead recurring quality-related activities that support product development and ensure we deliver safe, effective, and impactful solutions.

• Inspire Through Communication & Culture: Deliver compelling presentations to cross-functional teams, leadership, and broader audiences. Foster a collaborative, positive culture that encourages continuous improvement.

• Lead with Influence: Demonstrate thought leadership within the Marketing organization by promoting best practices and driving strategic initiatives forward.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field required

• 3+ years’ experience in product development with demonstrated cross functional business acumen required

• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent command of information/data and the ability to drive decisions.

• Organized and proactive with demonstrated ability to multitask and balance competing priorities.

• FDA regulated environment and/or medical device experience preferred

• Strong and effective communication skills, and strong customer focus required

• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

• Strong verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills required
