ANALYST INTERN

ABOUT THIS JOB
In the Customer Success area, you will support the clients in the daily management, participate in moments of gathering input on their business needs and be involved in the analysis and interpretation of client information in the decision-making process. You will respond to basic customer requests and will support the tutor during the client presentation.
You will have an important role in supporting the client during the transition and socialization phase of introducing new products. This responsibility involves assisting the client in smoothly adapting to and familiarizing themselves with the newly launched products.
Your duties will revolve around providing necessary guidance, information and assistance to the client throughout this process.
By being an integral part of the team in charge of supporting the client, you will contribute to establishing a positive relationship between our company and the client, ensuring their satisfaction with the new products and fostering their continued loyalty.
You will acquire skills related to the FMCG and distribution market, familiarize yourself with the most advanced tools and the main metrics for the analysis.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support Customer Success executives in analyzing in-market data, studying results, and summarizing insights in emails, reports, and slides
- Manage basic client requests
- Deliver insights on FMCG/retail phenomena and consumer behaviors
- Be point of contact and interface with several company departments, in order to be a collector among them and the clients

- Second level degree
- Excellent analysis and numerical reasoning skills
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Interest in the consumer goods market
- Knowledge of Office Packages (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent knowledge of Italian and English
