What you'll do

As a Finance Planning Systems Manager, you'll enhance financial reporting across systems like Adaptive, Workday, and Oracle to support global FP&A. You'll find innovative solutions and collaborate to guide the evolution of Finance reporting capabilities. You'll also be a thought partner to influence the future reporting roadmap, ensuring projects align with strategic goals and resources are used wisely.

 

This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Sr. Director Corporate FP&A.

 

Responsibility

  • Support business needs through financial systems for the monthly close process, annual planning, and monthly forecasting
  • Act as a liaison between finance, IT, and other relevant departments to ensure financial systems meet user needs and comply with financial controls
  • Research and drive development of future enhancements and reporting system capabilities to support the global FP&A reporting roadmap
  • Lead ongoing financial planning system administration and maintenance, ensuring accurate and timely forecasting and reporting, as well as role-based access security
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, procedures, and training materials
  • Manage integrations and data quality processes (validations, mappings, transformations)
  • Oversee forecasting data management
  • Examine complex data to optimize efficiency and quality, resolve data quality problems, and collaborate to improve systems and database designs
  • Explore advanced digital technology and inform the roadmap to enhance finance agility

Job Designation

Remote: Employee is not required to be in or near an office frequently and works from a designated remote work location for the majority of the time.

What you bring

Basic

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Mathematics, Engineering, Data science or equivalent
  • Minimum of 12 years relevant experience in FPA, Consulting or Technology fields

Preferred

  • Strong financial/Excel/Gsheet modeling experience
  • Mathematics and statistics skills
  • Fully proficient in modern productivity software, such as Google Suite; Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Docusign-provisioned AI-assisted apps
  • Experience in FPA planning systems is highly preferred (Adaptive, Anaplan, Oracle, WDAY)
  • Experience in program management and end to end Finance process improvements
  • A mindset of “People First”

Wage Transparency

Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

 

Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:

 

California: $140,000.00 - $225,075.00 base salary

 

Illinois, Colorado, Massachusetts and Minnesota: $133,800.00 - $189,000.00 base salary

 

Washington, Maryland, New Jersey and New York (including NYC metro area): $133,800.00 - $197,750.00 base salary

 

Washington DC: $140,000.00 - $197,750.00 base salary

 

Ohio: $117,200.00 - $165,575.00 base salary 

 

This role is also eligible for the following:

  • Bonus: Sales personnel are eligible for variable incentive pay dependent on their achievement of pre-established sales goals. Non-Sales roles are eligible for a company bonus plan, which is calculated as a percentage of eligible wages and dependent on company performance.
  • Stock: This role is eligible to receive Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
