As a Senior Analyst in the GTM Planning and Operations team, you will be instrumental in building and supporting the role and forecast hierarchy for commissionable sales employees. Your primary objective will be to manage user access, oversee opportunities, and support collaborative forecasting. You will analyze GTM decisions and develop logic and processes to ensure ACV and baseline numbers are accurately categorized within the correct hierarchy. Your role will involve close collaboration with sales, strategy, GTM Planning, and finance teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of GTM strategies

Responsibilities:

• Build Scalable Validation Processes: Develop and implement scalable validation frameworks to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Automate Repetitive Tasks: Identify and automate repetitive tasks to enhance efficiency and streamline workflows.
• Triage and Troubleshoot Operational Issues: Act as the first point of contact for operational issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Optimize Infrastructure, Systems, and Processes for Scale: Assess and improve infrastructure and systems to support scalability and enhance performance.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Strategy, sales , operations, and finance teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of initiatives.
• Reporting and Documentation: Prepare reports and documentation on validation processes, automation solutions, and operational issues, sharing insights and recommendations with senior leadership

Required Skills:

• Ability to write complex SQL queries.
• Knowledge and familiarity with Snowflake or PostgreSQL is a plus.
• Proficient in working with spreadsheets and using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Previous experience with Salesforce CRM platform.
• Conduct root cause analysis on issues that arise.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with business partners.
• Project management skills for handling different tasks.
• Curious and life-long learner mentality.
• Resourceful and adaptable.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of or willingness to learn Tableau.
• Knowledge of or willingness to learn Python.
• Outstanding problem-solving skills, including the ability to ask questions, structure complex problems, and develop solutions and recommendations.
• Strong communication skills to translate complex information into easily digestible insights and executive presentations.
• Resilient self-starter with a high degree of motivation to exceed expectations.
• Highly collaborative style with strong networking skills across business functions.
• Flexibility and ability to adjust to new demands with a sense of urgency.
• Passionate about quantitative analysis, Excel, and logical reasoning.
