Engineering Manager - Zero Trust Client Apps

What you'll do

We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the Zero Trust team working on the GUI of the Zero Trust desktop & mobile clients (Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, Android), which protects corporate devices by securely and privately sending traffic from those devices to Cloudflare’s global network, which in turn can apply advanced web filtering and Zero Trust policies.

You will play a key role in shaping the product’s engineering strategy, working with other engineering teams, product management, and external stakeholders to implement customer-impacting features and meet the team’s ambitious goals of quality and velocity on all five platforms. You will work closely with your team to improve the code quality and to build solid, testable, and well-documented foundations.

• Excellent technical leadership skills, driving for very high-quality and low-complexity code with thorough documentation
• Experience driving for easily-testable and thoroughly-tested code (e.g. using dependency injection with the right abstractions)

Compensation

Compensation may be adjusted depending on work location.

• For Colorado-based hires and Washington hires: Estimated annual salary of $191,000 - $233,000
• For New York City-based and California (excluding Bay Area): Estimated annual salary of $213,000 - $261,000
• For Bay Area-based hires: Estimated annual salary of $225,000 - $275,000
