<p>As one of the world’s leading suppliers of acoustic and thermal insulation for the automotive industry, the <strong>Adler Pelzer Group</strong> has more than 15,000 employees at over 100 production sites and serves most of the world’s major automotive manufacturers as a system supplier and development partner. </p> <p>For the support of the Corporate Quality &amp; HSE department, we are looking for the following person for our <strong>headquarter in Hagen</strong> as soon as possible. </p> <p><strong>Global Senior HSE Manager (m/f/d) </strong></p> <p><strong>Your tasks</strong></p> <ul> <li>Creation of safety-relevant concepts on the subject of fire protection.</li> <li>Evaluation and support of the organisational as well as technical implementation.</li> <li>Evaluation of the offers with regard to costs and reasonableness.</li> <li>Plant inspections with the property insurer of APG.</li> <li>Supporting the plants in all matters relating to specialist topics such as fire protection, occupational safety, environmental protection in consultation with the HSE team.</li> <li>Review and support the implementation of global HSE requirements in the factories.</li> <li>Advising and supporting the plants with regard to risk management, environmental protection and occupational health and safety in the central Quality &amp; HSE department.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Your profile </strong></p> <ul> <li>Graduate Engineer in mechanical engineering. </li> <li>At least 5 years of relevant work experience, ideally within automotive industry.</li> <li>Knowledge of the processes, machines and plants. </li> <li>Very good knowledge in the areas of occupational safety and environmental protection. </li> <li>Good language skills in English. </li> <li>Ability to lead staff and teams. </li> </ul> <p><strong>Your benefits</strong></p> <ul> <li>Occupational health management</li> <li>Flexible working hours</li> <li>Remote Work (hybrid model)</li> <li>Staff canteen</li> </ul> <br/>
