Salary Range: The full pay range for this role is $93,400 - $155,700.  We generally base our salary decisions on factors such as internal equity, candidate work and/leadership experience, educational credentials, and in some cases, candidate work location.

 

Scope of Job: The Sourcing Lead for Digital Technology plays a critical role in managing the end-to-end contract lifecycle for all Digital Technology needs, from negotiation to execution and ongoing optimization. This position collaborates closely with internal stakeholders, IT vendors, and legal teams to drive maximum value, mitigate risk, and ensure compliance across the organization's goals. The successful candidate will champion a proactive approach to contract lifecycle management, focusing on continuous improvement, standardization, agility, and effective third-party engagement.

Work Schedule: Prefer candidates who can work from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm pacific standard time.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute the complete contract lifecycle for Digital Technology, encompassing negotiation, execution, and ongoing compliance tracking for agreements such as Master Services Agreements (MSAs), Software Licenses, Cloud Services, and Consulting Agreements.

  • Act as a strategic advisor and Subject Matter Expert (SME) to internal stakeholders across IT, Engineering, Procurement, and Legal, ensuring contract terms align with operational, technical, and risk requirements.

  • Collaborate with IT leadership and project managers to define contract scopes, payment structures, service levels, and key milestones that align with business needs.

  • Evaluate and negotiate contract terms with vendors and partners, ensuring favorable conditions, balanced risk management, and operational agility.

  • Establish and continuously optimize the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tool (Malbek) for the Digital Technology team, supporting user training, reporting, and best practice adoption.

  • Monitor key supplier performance metrics and KPIs through the contracting process, ensuring deliverables are met and managing reporting on contract performance via tools like Power BI.

  • Drive process improvement initiatives related to contract development, approval workflows, and vendor engagement strategy.

  • Ensure all contracts comply with internal policies, legal, and regulatory guidelines, and insurance requirements.

  • Address and resolve escalated contract disputes or material non-compliance issues in partnership with Legal and Risk Management teams.

  • Support company formation documentation, licensing/registration requirements, and compliance with applicable office environment regulations.

  • Other duties as assigned.
