Registered Nurse (RN)  Positions are now available!

Full Time: 7:00 P.M. to 7:00 A.M.

Every other weekend commitment with differential.

Wiley Preschool FREE for Full Time Staff.

Essential responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Carries out administrative and resident care duties as directed. 
• Administration of medications, treatments and other care as prescribed.  Records vital signs.
• Has knowledge of resident status at all times and communicates effectively as appropriate.
• Gives and receives reports. Answers telephone inquiries. Takes and transcribes physicians’ orders.
• Evaluates residents needs, condition and care, and reports this information to the nursing team.
• Maintains charting duties and medication records as required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing
• Current registration as nurse in the state of New Jersey
• CPR/AED certification required
• Experience in a Hospital, Long-term care, Subacute or Rehabilitation preferred
• Previous experience with geriatric residents desirable
