We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Account Representative to join our growing team in Kansas, MO. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring high satisfaction through effective communication and timely support.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients

• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions

• Maintain accurate records of interactions, transactions, and account updates

• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure service quality

• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell company services

• Prepare and deliver reports on account status and performance

• Resolve client issues promptly and professionally

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in client services, account management, or sales
