Summary:
As a Sr. Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in designing and executing various design and branding initiatives for incentives, competitions, events, and all Field Ops programs. You'll be the creative branding force behind revenue competitions, trainings, recognition programs, culture incentives, and exciting events like our field meetings and incentive trips. Coordinating with stakeholders throughout the organization your day-to-day focus will be around creation of logos, Keynote decks, branding, graphics for Teams messages and emails, swag design, and all things creative design for Field Ops!
Primary Responsibilities:
- Establish a strong program branding identity, including templates, logos, styles, infographics, and all other graphics for incentives, competitions, events, and other Field Ops branding initiatives
- Create promotional materials for incentives, competitions and events through captivating media creation; videos, graphics, website banners, email graphics, GIFs, etc
- Develop branding and promotions for field meetings and company-wide gatherings including logos, Keynote slide decks, swag design, etc
- Design exclusive and engaging swag items for events and competitions
- Create visually stunning and informative field meeting decks and templates
- Collaborate closely with our internal communication teams to optimize content delivery
- Partner with key stakeholders throughout the organization to deliver an end product that matches expectations. This role will collaborate with the sales enablement team, program & culture team, comms team, and leadership, among others
- Website design for events and initiatives
- Assist with video creation as needed; filming, graphic creation, editing and producing to ensure original vision is carried through

- Required Experience & Education:
- 3-4 years of design experience
- Associates degree or higher or related experience
Preferred Skills, Experience & Education:
- Familiarity with Canva for templated designs, Asana for project management, and Airtable is a plus
- Ability to film and edit videos as needed
- 1 year or more of video editing experience
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, film, multimedia arts, or a related field preferred

WORKING CONDITIONS:
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
