What You'll Be Doing

• Operate haul trucks safely and efficiently to transport materials within the site
• Conduct pre-shift inspections and report any mechanical issues
• Operate other equipment such as front-end loaders, skid steer loaders, water trucks
• Follow all safety procedures and site-specific protocols
• Assist with other duties as needed to support plant operations such as clean up, preventative maintenance and general repairs

What Are We Looking For

• Ability to safely operate heavy equipment in a production environment
• Strong awareness of safety practices and hazard recognition
• Dependable and self-motivated with a focus on teamwork
• Comfortable working night shifts and in varying weather conditions
• Basic understanding of equipment maintenance and troubleshooting

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
