Dutch Customer Experience agent

The ideal Candidate should:

• Evaluate recordings and evaluations of calls according to a given repository.
• Participate in the process of upgrading project quality skills through calibration and calibration sessions.
• Develop and deliver presentations, facilitate workshops and round tables related to Quality topics.

• Contribute to the creation of necessary quality improvement plans.
• Report to Quality Manager on the findings of the performed audits.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Master of Office tools and perfect master of Excel.
• Excellent sense of listening and good interpersonal skills

Requirements

• Fluency both in Dutch and English language.
• Customer service experience will be consider as a plus.
• Demonstration of reliability and force of proposal.
• Tech savvy.
• Knowledge in MS office tools and most particularly Excel.

• Enthusiastic, patient, empathetic, multi-tasking and passionately communicative.
