About the role

Job Description

The Executive Administrative Business Partner plays a crucial role in supporting our dynamic and fast paced team. You will be primarily responsible for providing seamless support to the Executive Office as well as having the opportunity to work with a diverse group of dedicated professionals with different areas expertise who work collaboratively to contribute to the success of Stepan.

The Executive Administrator Business Partner will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative, executive and operational support supporting multiple capabilities within the organization. Supporting the CFO, CHRO and General Counsel, reporting directly to the Executive Business Partner to the President & CEO

Key Responsibilities: 

Efficiently run the Executive calendars (schedule appointments, travel, meetings, etc.). Manage follow-up actions may be required by the Executives.
Support preparation for Board Meetings, Global Leadership Meetings and Operating Committee Meetings.
Prepares purchases orders and processes invoices.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports and presentations, ensuring all conform to company standard formats.
Support Executive communications and events.
Manage corporate tickets and benefits.
Accurate and timely travel and expense reporting administration.
Create and maintain department databases and spreadsheet files.
Performs special projects and/or other administrative functions to support the business as assigned or proactively performed.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting executives
Respects and maintains the level of confidentiality and trust required of an individual in the Executive Office
Familiarity with online travel tools, and time and expense reporting processes
Advanced technical experience with MS Office Suite
Strong organizational skills
High-level prioritizing and multi-tasking
Flexibility to work outside general office hours, if needed

Education

High School Diploma required, Associates Degree or Bachelors Degree preferred

Pay range $80,000 - $100,000
