Job Description
Primary responsibilities include:
Safety platform release management
Manage the business area accountabilities for the scoping & implementation and maintenance of each PV system release, in support of PV Operations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize system requirements
Plan and manage the full lifecycle of each release, including planning, development, testing, deployment, as required
Develop and maintain project plans and timelines for each release
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather feedback and requirements for new features and enhancements
Closely cooperate with vendor to ensure continuous understanding of future release roadmap
Stay current with industry trends and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines
General Business Delivery Support
Keep track of critical organizational projects
Ensure consistent and diligent projects’ execution
Support & train PMs, appoint trained PMs to assist in projects, transitions and other business activities (as required)
Ensure trained and internally certified PMs’ engagement
Strategically plans strategically, prioritize, verify all projects’ purposes are aligned with org strategy and tactical priorities
Coordinates the decision making process regarding projects' implementation with leadership, based on clearly developed business cases
Track the projects from ideation till completion
Ensures project management tools are available
Education Requirements
BS degree required, master's preferred
