As a Property Management Principal Specialist– Training & Compliance Support you will contribute to a fast-paced innovative team with responsibility to ensure Government, Customer, and Raytheon owned tangible property (equipment and material) is efficiently managed and in compliance with Raytheon businesses processes, contract requirements, regulations, and sound business practices. The role will administer and/or maintain aspects of the Property Management System including the function’s learning, training, and certifications programs. This role is in support of all property lifecycle areas (i.e., acquisition, receiving, identification, utilization, maintenance, inventory, subcontractor control, relief of stewardship or contract closure) with an emphasis on compliance support and training.
The candidate will apply principles of learning to design, develop, and implement effective solutions across a variety of media platforms. This may include, but is not limited to, instructor-led, online, or video-based, as well as designing and developing technical and non-technical instructional materials for both internal and external customers. In addition, the candidate will work independently on assignments and perform under the guidance of a team leader to resolve problems of moderate complexity by interpreting policies and procedures and by developing solutions of moderate scope and impact.

What You Will Do
- Create, maintain, and deliver Property process and/or system learning, training, and communications to Raytheon employees, organizations, and customers. Deliver live, teleconference, and video training on Property Management topics.
- Assist with onboarding the new Property Management employees, including fundamental Raytheon and Property Management training.
- Responsible for all aspects of the Raytheon internal Property Management employee certification program.
- Ensure training compliance with all regulations and internal/external audit protocols for customer and company property.
- Research property regulations, specifically Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and the Raytheon policies and procedures.
- Work closely with Property and Logistics functional management, Contracts and other functions that support the Raytheon Property Management System.
- Frequent communication and interface with internal customers on Property Management training issues, processes, and systems.
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s and a minimum of five (5) years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of three (3) years’ experience.
- Experience with Government Property or Supply Chain.
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
Qualifications We Prefer
- National Property Management Association, CPPS certification or able to obtain certification within two years of employment.
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years’ relevant work experience encompassing experience in Logistics, Property, Operations, Supply Chain, Contracts or Program functions.
- Well-developed communication skills, both oral and written, to ensure effective collaboration with Property, Logistics, Procurement, Production Control, Contracts, and Programs.
- Self-Starter requires minimal supervision, as well as the ability to manage priorities.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Preferred degree in Supply Chain, Business, Technical Writing or related field.
- Previous DoD experience and knowledge of Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations
