THE ROLE

Entering an exciting new phase of growth for the company, we are currently seeking an experienced Hydraulic Hose Technician to join our friendly and well-established team based at our Dandenong VIC branch.

This job is to provide high-quality multi-product install, repair and maintenance service to a diverse range of customers across the South-East of Melbourne. You will get to work on all sorts of mechanical gear, for all sorts of clients in all sorts of places.

This is a full time, permanent role offering EXCELLENT hourly rates + on-call rates + attractive bonus $$$ commission scheme. Fantastic take-home earnings are to be made for the successful person!

DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

• Providing technical service and troubleshooting support for customers
• Repair and replace hydraulic hoses at customer sites
• Build lasting relationships with new and existing customers
• Attend to customer queries regarding hydraulic hose related matters
• Manufacture hose assemblies as required
• Maintain van stock and equipment and ensure a professional image is maintained at all times

ABOUT YOU

• Have a strong knowledge and experience in hydraulic hose and fittings
• Hold an Australian Driver's license
• Broad exposure to servicing and repairing hydraulic and pneumatic Industrial/Mobile equipment
• Knowledge of the principles and processes for providing excellent customer service
• Be able to complete a pre-employment medical and police check prior to starting
