You will collaborate with a young, passionate team of Intrapreneurs, each developing their own brand. You will have the support of the Ventura TRAVEL departments that will help you take your brand to its finest potential. We only consider applications that have a CV in English. 

On daily basis, you will

• Support the growth and development of the your new travel brand to make it a success
• Build up new relationships with local partners in the area you chose to create unique travel experiences
• Design amazing bike trips that will delight your customers
• Ensure that the website with the content you provide will show your trips in an inspiring way
• Work hand in hand with the Ventura Marketing team on a strategic level to ensure we address the right customers
• Put the traveler into the focus and delight them with a world-class customer service that actually address customer needs
• Hire and lead a team, that will help you achieve all the above and ensures a sustainable growth

The basics that you bring along 

• Great passion for the destination (and its people, nature, traditions and diversity) or for the type of travel you propose
• It's fun to be around you and your future colleagues will enjoy working with you
• Entrepreneurial spirit
• You are ambitious & keen for challenges
• Professional experience needed to succeed with your new brand
• Fair & sustainable approach
• Proven record of finishing projects successfully

You can impress us even more with

• Several years experience in travel / tour operations
• Good knowledge in Google Analytics and Data Studio
• Experience in leading a team
• You are skilled in one or more of the languages of the destination and/or the ones of the source market you want to sell to (ie. German, French etc)
• Work experience with CRM systems like hubspot
• Some knowledge that can help not just your brand but us Ventura TRAVEL as a whole
