Position Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Bartender to join our team! This part-time position will be the face of our bar, creating memorable experiences for guests through exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences
• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption and maintain a safe drinking environment

Requirements:

• Must be 21 years or older
• 1 year of previous bartending experience required
• Customer service experience required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
