Penn State Global Partnerships, Latin America and Caribbean Region team seeks a part-time assistant in marketing and communication.

As the locus for all the University's global engagements, Penn State Global is an area of opportunity for those seeking a career/with an interest in the field of international education, service, and research. Penn State Global Partnerships office is located in Boucke Building on the University Park Campus.

This part-time hourly position requires availability up to 24 hours per week from May to August 2024.

Requirements:

The position includes support to the Director and the team members of the Penn State Global - Latin America and Caribbean Region (LAC) with the following duties:

Management of electronic communications and social media regarding Penn State Global activities in LAC. Working with the Penn State Global - LAC team and the Penn State Global Marketing and Communication team to maintain the content of the Penn State Global website related to LAC. Writing and publishing news articles and communications regarding the Penn State activities in LAC. Support the design of advertisements, agendas and other materials related to Penn State Global events and presentation related to activities in LAC. Support the LAC team to prepare and edit different documents - slide presentations, reports, and publications regarding the Penn State Global activities in LAC.
