Product Intern

DragonBox is a Kahoot! company that develops and maintains educational games and a school method so that learning and motivation are never again at odds for any student!

The learning apps team is located in the French offices in Paris and you will get the opportunity to work with people from Norway, Finland and many other countries in an international environment. You will be working with product managers, developers and many different specialities.

On a daily basis, you will:

Manage the Product Support by:

• Handling the DragonBox school product support and communication in France
• Collaborating with the DragonBox school product support team in Norway and Finland

Support the Product Manager by:

• Supporting the DragonBox school product maintenance in France, Norway and Finland
• Supporting the Quality Assurance team processes and tasks
• Ensuring a smooth communication between the DragonBox school stakeholders (Dev, QA, Support, Sales)
• Overseeing the School team tasks and ensure a good delivery on the different projects
• Supporting the DragonBox School product sales and back to school season (release, communication, onboarding, sales setup)

Requirements

• You are an organized person

• You are motivated to get a good hands-on knowledge of the DragonBox product during internal onboarding
